ROLE.
- Generate leads and build a lasting relationship with our customers.
- Commercial portfolio management, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Acquisition of new business clients by actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to recommend product enhancements or new offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
QUALIFICATIONS.
- Bachelor’s degree in management / marketing / international business or similar (preferred).
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, persuasive and engaging.
- Resilience, patience, active listening, and good observation.
- Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the sports nutrition industry.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.

Strategic Project Manager - CEO Office** The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and closing strategic projects that are critical to the organization.
This role will involve liaising with various departments within the organization, as well as potentially working with external consultants and stakeholders.
ROLE.
- Identify, analyze, and solve critical issues facing the company across departments; - Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects; - Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to align organizational efforts with strategic goals; - Produce data-driven insights for strategy formulation; - Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively; - Contribute to the company's overall strategic planning and direction.
QUALIFICATIONS.
- Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is highly desirable; - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management or business strategy; - Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve complex problems; - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously; - Leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
