Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities in the Polish market.
Negotiate contracts and close sales consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
Keep accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities client interactions and pipeline updates.
Qualifications Native Polish language proficiency.
English proficiency at a B2 level or above with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in sales business development or customerfacing roles is advantageous.
A resultsdriven approach with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
