Your new company We are seeking a dynamic professional to join a Sales & Marketing team, focusing on software solutions for the Oil & Gas sector.
This role requires a hybrid profile with strong marketing and sales skills to manage the sales cycle and complex solutions.
You'll have the chance to join a big international group that aims to increase its business expansion, focusing on the Iberian market.
Your new role As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at driving the business forward.
Your key responsibilities will include.
Marketing Strategy Management.
Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the software solutions.
Commercial Approach Development.
Create and refine commercial approaches to effectively reach and engage the target markets.
Sales Cycle Support.
Manage and support the entire sales cycle, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
Client Assistance.
Provide continuous support and assistance to our clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Marketing Preparation.
Prepare and develop marketing materials to promote products and services.
Event Organisation.
Plan and organise events to showcase the company's solutions and engage with potential clients.
Product Definition.
Collaborate on the definition of new products and improve existing ones based on customer feedback.
Account Management.
Work closely with major clients, providing consultancy and offering personalised solutions that meet their specific needs.
What you'll need to succeed Higher education in Marketing, Management, International Relations, or similar fields.
At least 5 years of experience in a Sales & Marketing development role within the technology sector (SaaS).
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Ability to handle complex solutions and long sales cycles.
Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Availability for travel.
