We're looking for a sales development representative to qualify Inbound and Outbound leads in our Lisbon office.
In this role, you will get a chance to work with our awesome sales team to learn more about our potential customers.

* Perform discovery calls to collect, validate and document information for the Account Executive * Gather contact information and other information from prospects and maintain accurate data in (COMPANY NAME) * High volume of outbound calls * Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries effectively * Provide information to foster prospects and lead them to success * Identify key prospects and profile strategic accounts, research and obtain business requirements and hand them over to the respective account executive * Understanding the prospect's needs and pain points by paying close attention during conversations.
* Maintain detailed documentation about qualified leads in (COMPANY NAME) before forwarding them to a consultant, sales manager or partnerships * Ability to gather relevant information about prospects and their companies to tailor the outreach.
