If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Sales Development Representative in Porto, Portugal (On-Site) you will act as a Sales Agent for one of our clients with a focus on understanding our customer needs and persistence on following up with leads and converting them into sales.

What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will.
* Selling premium insurance for a world renowned brand to existing and new customers * Being a loyal advocate for the brand supporting customers to understand the benefits of the insurance services available * Able to give piece of mind and security to loyal and new customers * Excellent motivation, high work ethics and a constant desire to not give up Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you.
* Have a high level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2) * Prior experience on outbound sales, D2D, contact center or BPO * Resilience to objections and ability to overcome customer concerns and to work in a target-driven environment * Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport and establish trust * Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convince customers to purchase insurance * Ability to self motivate * Empathy and patience to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
