Werde Sales Developer and Agency Client Partner bei Reddit! Deine neue Rolle als Agency Client Partner Als Agency Client Partner bist du der wichtigste Ansprechpartner zwischen unserer Agentur und unseren Kunden.
Du baust enge Beziehungen auf, verstehst die Bedürfnisse der Kunden genau und arbeitest mit deinem Team zusammen, um gemeinsam tolle Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
Für diese Rolle brauchst du ein Gespür für Strategien, kannst Projekte gut managen und verstehst viel vom Marketing.
Deine Aufgaben.
Du sprichst regelmäßig mit Agenturen und Kunden – am Telefon, per E-Mail, Video-Call oder über LinkedIn.
Du nimmst selbst Kontakt auf und rufst Kunden an.
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen.
Du pflegst deine Kontakte zu Agenturen und Kunden.
Deine Ausbildung Bevor es losgeht, gibt’s eine intensive Schulung.
Das dauert in der Regel drei Wochen und findet auf Englisch statt.
Dabei lernst du alles, was du für deinen Job brauchst.
Du wirst Teil unseres Teams in Portugal.
Du lernst die notwendigen Computerprogramme kennen.
Du erfährst alles über die Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
Du lernst, wie man Kunden gut berät und betreut.
Du bekommst einen Einblick in den Arbeitsalltag und erstellst Teile deines eigenen Trainings.
