Descrição/Funções:
A tua função passará por atender e esclarecer telefonicamente os clientes, gerindo a informação recebida, respondendo aos pedidos e prestando esclarecimentos que vão ao encontro das suas necessidades, cumprindo a Política da Empresa, de forma a garantir o alcance dos objetivos de produção, qualidade e risco. Para além disto irás também potenciar o contacto e adicionar valor através da proposta e negociação de ofertas comerciais, tendo em conta o perfil do cliente e garantindo a proteção dos seus interesses, entre outras tarefas de apoio a equipa.
Requisitos:
Para que consigas cumprir as tuas tarefas, deverás ter um nível de inglês intermédio, para que consigas comunicar com algum cliente que não fale língua portuguesa; experiência em ambiente call-center e comercial / em vendas (requisito fundamental), pois assim terás mais facilidade em executar as tuas tarefas diárias e por fim orientação para os resultados/comercial, pois é uma característica que te fará destacar e atingir os diferentes objetivos colocados.

Horário: 2ª a 6ª feira, 8 horas/dia, entre as 09h e as 20h (horários rotativos).
