Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and manage all aspects of the Royal Service department and ensure all service standards are followedEnsure updating and the maintenance of the hotel's telephone system is completedCommunicate and analyze guest feedback results and take appropriate action to constantly improve guest satisfactionCheck and approve monthly telephone statementsHave a complete knowledge of the hotel's emergency proceduresHandle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areasEstablish and maintain an effective communication process with all departments, in particular with Front Office, Housekeeping and EngineeringConduct regularly scheduled departmental meetingManage the departmental budgetBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsFollow all safety policies Other duties as assignedWhat is in it for you.
