Provide exceptional support to Dutchspeaking customers through phone email and chat.
Address customer inquiries related to product information order status and account management.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner offering personalized solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are resolved effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive customer experience.
Requirements.
Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills.
Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
Comfortable working with different technologies and systems.
