Job Description Task Specification The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures to protect company assets, employees, and visitors.
This includes coordinating emergency response efforts as a member of the site management team and reporting to the divisional security.

Regional Security Professional for IBERIA & Middle East, Nord Africa Collaborate with corporate security manager in the development, implementation and monitoring of  security policies and procedures Promote a culture of security excellence across all work areas Execute day-to-day security activities Coordinate external security and reception services for the region Manage security systems, including intruder alarm, access controls, and CCTV Issue and maintain badges, keys, security codes, and inventories as needed Investigation in case of security policy violations and liaise with local authorities as necessary Risk management to prevent imminent risks to personnel or assets Participate in internal and external security audits.
Qualifications What distinguishes you.
Bachelor’s degree in security management or a related field Minimum of 3 years of security professional experience Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to security and premises Experience in risk management methods and tools, contingency planning and business continuity management Previous experience in investigations and document management is essential Ability to manage multiple projects successfully Excellent communication skills in the Portuguese, fluency in English Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation skills Willingness and ability to travel (25%) to other sites/countries in IBERIA & Middle East, Nord Africa Additional Information Work #LikeABosch includes.
