We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support, content moderation, sales and marketing.
We are looking for a Dutch to join the HR team in Lisbon! Take the next step in your career by working with some of the top global brands.
What You Will Do.
- Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others.
- Conduct interviews to assess the applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information.
- Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company.
- Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter.
- Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases.
What You Need.
- Fluency in Dutch - Fluent, verbal and written skills in English (C1); - Have a university Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar - Have proven work experience in the field - Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills - Are familiar with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up) and with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
