Position Summary     For our NBS Lisbon Human Resources (HR) department, we are currently looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist.
Reporting to Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for the recruitment of potential talent for the center.
A day in the life of...
•    Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;  •    Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;  •    Source and recruit candidates;   •   Screen candidates resumes and job applications;  •    Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates;  •    Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports and KPIs to the rest of the center;  •    Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
What will make you successful    •    Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas  •    At least 2 years of experience in HR areas, mainly recruitment  •    Fluent in English, with any additional language being a great plus, especially Spanish   •   Adaptable, agile, eye for detail and resilient  •    Good priority management and communication skills  •    Strong proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus and understand the business environment    What we offer     Here at NBS Lisbon we care about our Talents and we continuously work to have our teams engaged and our people achieving their best professional performance, without forgetting personal development and work-life balance.
