WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Handling the full administrative process of purchases.
issuing and sending customer invoices according to their specific billing requirements.
Verifying and validating supplier invoices based on each country's regulations.
Ensuring smooth processes until invoices are fully paid.
Providing insightful analysis to support purchase activity tracking and forecasting.
Maintaining strict adherence to rules and standards related to the tasks.
Identifying and reporting discrepancies or issues.
Building and maintaining positive day-to-day relationships with customers.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Technical and Professional studies in finance, business administration, or accounting, with a high school diploma.
Proven experience in invoicing, accounting, or a similar role (minimum of 1 year).
Strong knowledge of purchase invoice validation tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); French fluent level.
