We are looking for Project Leader / Business Support to join our company in one of our projects, in Remote.
Main Responsibilities.
Supporting and coaching local teams to create and execute change management plans using the “local change plan approach”; Facilitating stakeholder engagement and readiness activities, ensuring alignment with global templates and project goals; Identifying and escalating risks/issues related to cluster readiness and addressing dependencies within Market Engagement deliverables; Coordinating with Communications and Training leads to resolve challenges and provide best-practice tools, methods, and templates; Supporting post-implementation success by assisting the cluster team during hyper-care and beyond.
Technical skills.
Proven experience in managing large-scale system implementations involving significant change management; Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a structured and organized manner; Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); A proactive, self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently within your cluster, supported by a global team; Project Management and Communication skills; Fluent in English.
