PROFESSIONAL WEBSITE REDESIGN FOR CHARITY

We are a registered charity so we don't have an online shop, we have a few pages with static text on, some photos and a video embedded, apart from that we have a donation page along with a contact form, no further additional functionality.
When replying can you send me links to websites you have done already, we are also looking for a fixed fee, can you also detail any additional prices that maybe charged as an add on (some people tend to this after proposing a fee!).
Also please can you let me know if we wanted a text/ picture/ page changing in the future what your charge would be for this, if we are happy with the work we would like to use the same person going forward, and potentially also for posters/ flyers.
We have photos in a folder we can share which you can use for the website, we also have most of the logos from the website, but not all (we run different projects and have different logos for each project).
We would like the website on WordPress.
When replying to this post please let me know how many revisions we can have on the website and changes to the style of website which is proposed and also start your reply off with the word 'Myriad' so I know the person replying has read my post and not just sending me general message without reading the requirements.
