Specializing in scalable solutions, edge computing, and decentralized services, we are at the forefront of digital twins' technology and risk management strategies.
Our department Simulation Development, part of the Digital Solutions area, focuses on developing digital products and serves as an incubation area for new innovations, promoting growth and development.
Responsibilities The Product Owner will be pivotal in stakeholder engagement, expectation management, and solution delivery.
You will leverage agile methodologies to align the product with engineering practices.
Key responsibilities include.
* Product Development.
Define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and company goals * Stakeholder Collaboration.
Work closely with engineering and testing & verification area, to gather requirements and ensure product success * Stakeholder Analysis.
Conduct research to identify trends, needs, and competitive landscape.
* Quality Assurance.
Ensure the product meets high-quality standards through quality testing and validation processes * Continuous Improvement.
Gather feedback and assess product performance to facilitate continuous improvements and innovations Qualifications * You should possess a degree in engineering or a related field, with a keen interest in digital and technological innovations * A solid background in mechanical, control, or fluid dynamics engineering is highly beneficial * We value problem-solving skills, digital literacy, and an eagerness to integrate digital platforms within existing engineering Competencies * We seek a Product Owner with a strong scrum foundation, who values psychological safety and team transparency * Advanced communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential * We are looking for a candidate who can adjust to change, prioritize customer needs, and employ strategic thinking to improve our product's value What we offer We offer a unique opportunity to work with a skilled development team in Porto, Portugal, contributing to a renowned simulation platform.
