Due to this growth, we are looking for a Product Designer to help us achieve our ambitious goals of expanding our presence in the global market.
Job Description We are looking for a Product Designer with a minimum 5+ years of experience.
In this role you will.
Design user interfaces from wireframes to final visual designs, ensuring usability and simplicity.
Participate in defining the product roadmap by contributing insights from a user experience perspective.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
Prototype and test UX designs to meet user needs and business goals.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve the UX of the product.
Work closely with other designers to ensure alignment across all features.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UX design (preferably in product design).
Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
Proven experience in e-learning, SaaS, or related industries is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process and outcomes.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Living in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Key Competencies.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Proven ability to create and maintain design systems for scalable product design.
Advanced Figma skills for designing and prototyping (must-have).
Experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and design validation.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring designs are both visually appealing and highly functional.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
