Job Description.
We are now looking for a Procurement Project Manager to onboard our GBS in Lisbon.
Main responsibilities.
* Contribute to improvement projects or strategic initiatives within (COMPANY NAME) Aerostructures procurement to ensure future viability, sustainability and continuous improvement * Supporting implementing the ASA Procurement Strategy * Investigation of improvement opportunities related to the Change management processes within Procurement Scope (e.
.
process improvements, digitization) * Support the deployment of Procurement processes and digital solutions * Supporting project management and key activities within KPYP department related tor ToW, Change, NPI and CapEx management Key activities * Launch and follow-up of projects, strategic initiatives or improvement ideas * Data collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting (incl.
Creation of new KPI if necessary) * Regular status updates and presentation of results to key stakeholders incl.
KP Management * Drive project related communication (e.
.
presentations, awareness sessions, etc.) and support stakeholder and change management activities Requirements - our ideal candidate will have.
* A degree or an equivalent combination of education and past experience in procurement, supply chain, industrial engineering, business management or a related field * Past work experience in Project Management ideally within Procurement / Supply Chain or a related field * Project Management, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills * Fluent in English both written and verbal.
German is a plus.
* Be proactive and autonomous with a strong ability to communicate effectively and to work across functions * A team player being open-minded comfortable with remote working * Open to occasional travel as required Benefits - what's in it for you.
