Procurement Administrator - English and Spanish (M/F/D) It’s an exciting time to be part of our collaborative inclusive team. About the role: As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our procurement processes. We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We’re always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves. If this is you, we’d love to talk. What you will do: Validate and maintain supplier data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement standards. Submit and Validate Supplier Requests and populate internal registration questionnaires. Manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs), validate and distribute PRs, ensuring they comply with established buying channels and guiding requestors on correct PR creation. Generate Purchase Orders (POs) in the S4/Ariba environment, review for compliance, and manage follow-up processes, including order acknowledgments and overdue orders. Address and resolve procurement-related tickets and issues, providing solutions and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to Procurement Excellence, providing insights for system efficiency improvements, addressing supplier/system/process issues, and offer end-user training to enhance overall procurement performance. Who you are: University Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Procurement, or equivalent fields. Previous Experience in procurement roles is preferred. Experience with SAP R3 and SAP S4/Hana. Knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage. Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
