The data collected will be stored in a SharePoint list, and later used to populate a MS Word template and convert it into a PDF.
The form should include the following fields.
- Inspector's name - Date of inspection - School name - Type of work inspected - Comments - Rating - Inspection area - Issues found - The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience with Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint, and MS Word automation.
They should also possess strong problem-solving skills to create the necessary validation and conditional logic.
While the form does not need to include complex logic, it should ensure that only one form is submitted per inspection.
In terms of data organization, each inspection should be recorded as a separate item in the SharePoint list.
The selected freelancer will need to ensure that the form is user-friendly and efficient, allowing inspectors to easily input their observations and findings.
The final deliverable will be a seamless, integrated system that simplifies the inspection process, enhances data accuracy, and improves overall efficiency.
