- A comprehensive, user-friendly web interface - Multi user support with role based permissions for various operations - Page to add/edit/view/delete stock items to database - Page to create consumption records for items with support for multiple items consumption in a single operation.
- Page for Bill of materials where a list of items with quantity to consume are predefined.
Ability to store, edit, view BOM.
- Functionality to filter data based on all possible fields with multi level sorting.
Allow full flexibility for user to filter and sort data based on multiple fields.
- Report generator to generate all types of reports.
User selects multiple fields and multiple sorting options to generate reports to track consumption and show inventory levels.
- Import/export data to Excel format - Backup/restore database - Page to add/view/delete suppliers - Settings page to manage various options and create look up tables for various fields.
- Data display must use pagination - Access & activity logging Your responsibilities will include.
- Designing and implementing the web interface - Ensuring the system is robust and able to handle a large amount of data - Making the system secure and user-friendly The ideal candidate would have.
- Extensive experience in PHP and MySQL - Proven track record of developing similar systems - Excellent understanding of web interface design - Ability to anticipate potential challenges and implement effective solutions List of deliverables.
- All source files including complete project files with proper comments that are easy to understand by other developers - A high-level software architecture/flow document which explains the architecture of the software along with an explanation/flow of each module - Database design document explaining the relationship between various tables - Executable files for server deployment - To provide remote installation of files on a cpanel linux server to prove the working of the software - Provide support for 1 year to fix any bugs or omissions - Maintain confidentiality about the project All work will remain exclusive property of the buyer.
