E-commerce Website Development Inquiry Hello, My name is Rafael Ortega, owner of 401 Graphic Solutions LLC.
I operate a physical business that specializes in personalizing products like polos, hoodies, and hats using embroidery and DTF transfers.
I’m now looking to expand my business online to reach more customers and streamline the ordering process.
I’m seeking someone to develop an e-commerce website that.
Allows customers to browse and personalize products by uploading their own designs or selecting options like text, fonts, and colors.
Connects with my supplier to sync inventory and automatically send orders to the supplier upon confirmation.
Calculates shipping costs and supports secure payment methods (e.
., credit cards and PayPal).
Is user-friendly and visually appealing for both customers and myself.
The site should also accommodate my workflow, enabling me to receive products from the supplier, personalize them (via embroidery or DTF transfers), and ship them to the final customer.
I’m considering Shopify or WooCommerce but welcome your recommendations if there’s a better fit for my needs.
