Assist with analytics and process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate Major Initiatives.
Help operationalize large events, promotions, and programs, all aimed at enhancing the Rider experience.
- Stay Organized.
Manage and maintain extensive documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Superior organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail are essential.
- Communicate Effectively.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to keep everyone aligned.
What are we looking for? - Education.

- Experience.
1-2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or related fields (internships count!).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong sense of follow-through.
- Strong analytical thinking is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
