The Pentest Service Delivery Officer ensures the running of ongoing pentests campaign.
He also performs a reporting of audits and reports to the top management.
Main Responsibilities.
Support the formalization of an annual pentests roadmap / Perform a global follow up regarding ongoing pentests Ensure the validation of the pentests roadmap (validation from relevant stakeholders) / Prepare and coordinate pentest realization Communicate to the responsible entities the capacity from the Pentest delivery team to perform pentests / Gather feedbacks from Ethical Hacking Specialist to formalize a reporting to the management and ensure that the deadline of the pentest will be met Serve as point of contact to gather requests to perform ad-hoc pentests / Formalize a weekly reporting regarding ongoing pentests to relevant stakeholders / Report progress and blocking point regarding action plans to the top management Identify regulators requirements that can lead to a pentest need from entities / Identify and report alerts if needed / Gather all findings and recommendations from finalized pentests in a centralized tracker Qualifications Technical skills.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Powerpoint) JIRA or similar tool Structure and Conduct an Internal Audit Cybersecurity (general knowledge in cybersecurity risks, frameworks and requirements) / Regulatory (general knowledge in IT and cybersecurity regulators framework) IT knowledge (global knowledge of IT, its major processes and assets & solutions) English (fluent) Soft skills.
Communication skills – oral & written Ability to synthetize / simplify Organizational skills Ability to collaborate / teamwork Additional Information Hybrid working model in Lisbon.
