A successful Payroll Specialist Benelux must have:

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees in Benelux region.
Accountable for the management and administration in payroll of different kinds of advantages or other specific monthly or yearly payroll processes for Belgium and Netherlands.
Managing payroll-related queries and delivering high-quality customer service.
Complying with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and requirements.
Reconciling payroll data and resolving any discrepancies.
Assisting with year-end processes such as tax forms and annual statements.
Participating in payroll-related projects and initiatives.
Maintaining confidentiality and security of payroll information.
Collaborating with HR and finance departments to align payroll processes.
