Remote Email Support Specialist Job Type.
Hourly Project Location.
Remote Key Responsibilities.
Respond to and manage customer service emails, including handling complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Compose clear, concise, and well-structured emails, demonstrating excellent written English skills as though English is your first language.
Utilize screen sharing software (e.
., TeamViewer) for collaborative tasks as needed.
Maintain an efficient typing speed of 40 words per minute (wpm) or higher to ensure timely responses and productivity.
Requirements.
Excellent Written English Skills.
Ability to write in fluent, error-free English with the impression that it is your first language.
Typing Speed.
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (wpm).
Technical Setup.
Own a PC with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload (13 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload acceptable).
Screen Share Software.
Familiarity with using screen sharing tools like TeamViewer for effective communication and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications.
Previous experience in email support or customer service.
Proficiency in using email management systems and communication tools.
