| 2- 4 YEARS • Minimum 2 years of experience in SQL DB Administration in a 24*7 environment - SQL Server R • Exceptional team player who communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all the stakeholders • Responsible for client KPI / SLA compliance • Good knowledge & Hands-on on ITIL process • Good understandings about DB architecture; preferably certified SQL Server • Excellent troubleshooting skills - Space management, DB Job management, Connectivity issues, Cluster failovers • Understanding and performing BAU (non-complex) changes independently • Taking care of OOH/on-call support without support • Aspirations towards learning next level of SQL skills & good knowledge in performance & High availability concepts.
