You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables.
As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews.
You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building.
You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities Lead client discussions through the SDLC lifecycle Coordinate with client and project team (Onsite and Offshore members) Required 6+ years of experience with Implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules 4+ years of Techno Functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation and experience in Absence and OTL.
Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Absence and OTL.
Conversant with HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
Proficiency in French is required, as all the project activities will be conducted in French Coordinate with offshore teams in English Preferred Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies Reach me on for more info
