* Degree in Computer Science, Management Informatics or equivalent; * Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux/Unix operating systems would be an advantage; * Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis; * Previous experience in functions of application support, analysis and resolution of incidents with Oracle technologies (PL/SQL); * Knowledge of Oracle database; * Autonomy and proactivity; * Customer oriented; * Fluent English.
