February Role and Responsibilities.
As an Operations Customer Expert, you will.
- Provide excellent customer support for the Spanish market.
- Handle customer service tasks, manage claims, and perform cross-selling.
- Communicate effectively via voice and email, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
Requirements.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service and sales (preferred).
- Strong ability to manage communication through voice and email efficiently.
- Proficiency in Spanish (essential) and B2 English - Ability to work with new software programs and adapt to technology.
- A valid residence permit for Portugal or a EU member state passport Working Hours.
- Full-time role.
40 hours per week (8 hours a day, plus 1 hour lunch break).
- Shifts are rotational, from Monday to Friday, between 7.
AM and 5.
PM.

Training.

- Completion of training is required with at least 85% accuracy on the final test.
Trial Period.
- 1-month trial period after the contract signing.
Performance during this period will impact the final decision for continued employment.

- Your workplace is located in Lisbon, Portugal, with convenient access to public transport.
