A Adecco Recursos Humanos está, de momento, à procura de um Assistente de Contacto Telefónico, para um prestigiado Cliente na zona de Lisboa.
Função.
- Gestão de documentos; - Agendar reuniões, entregas e eventos; - Processar faturas e aprovar pagamentos; - Enviar ordens de serviço e chamadas de suporte técnico; - Verificar e processar reembolsos de despesas.
Requisitos.
- Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente e/ou contact center; - Conhecimentos da área da banca; - Fluência em Francês e Alemão; - Conhecimentos de Inglês ou Espanhol; - Excelente capacidade de comunicação; - Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa; - Dinamismo e autonomia.
Oferece-se.
- Contrato com a Adecco; - Vencimento base.
850 - Horário de trabalho.
de 2ª a 6ª, rotativo entre as H e as 22H00; - Regime Híbrido; - Local de trabalho.
Lisboa.
