User Name User Expertise Status (Running/Stopped) Start and Stop buttons for each card.
Each Start button will be associated with a unique API URL.
When the Start button is clicked.
The corresponding API will be called every 5 seconds.
The app should continue calling the API every 5 seconds, even if the app is in the background, until the Stop button is clicked.
Stop button.
Stops the API calls.
Multiple APIs can run simultaneously.

RecyclerView to display the list of cards.
Coroutines to handle background API calls.
