Responsibilities You'd be responsible to ensure that our office and operations have everything they need to function, this includes (but not limited to).
Dealing with suppliers, logistics, maintenance, office supplies etc; Helping the management with specific projects, from finding us a new space for our branches or offices to find accommodation for our workers or board members; Assembly furniture in the office (an Ikea Chair or desk for example); Help management with day-by-day challenges, this is very vast, but starting with taking a document to our lawyers, to finding the best catering company for a company event.
Requierements In short, we’re looking for someone who.
is fluent in Portuguese and English; is VERY organized and tidy; is attentive to details; is trustworthy, fair, honest, and responsible; likes to interact with people; Doesn´t have any problem doing non-specialized jobs, like changing lamps or assembling a chair.
