Your Role * Deploying and inspecting IT network systems within NOC; * Monitoring the performance and capacity of computer systems; * Performing regular checks on network hardware and software; * Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions; * Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors together with Network team; * Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports; * Managing system backups and network security protocols.
Your Profile * Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field; * Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures; * Excellent troubleshooting skills; * Availability to work on shifts (24/7); * Sense of responsibility, pro-activity and dynamism.
