Position SummaryThe Night Audit Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of night audit duties as well as the oversight of the front office during the overnight shift.
The Night Audit Supervisor will act as Manager on Duty during the overnight hours and support the Front Office in a Supervisory capacity.
osition Responsibilities/ Essential FunctionGreet and Check in guests with a warm and friendly demeanorPerform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basisBalance all ledgers and work performed during the audit shiftEnsure the proper posting and charging regarding guest billingPrepare the front office for the am shift and reset the day's businessAct as Manager on DutyEnsure all guest requests are handled during the night audit shiftAttend and actively participate in all front office meetingsQualifications A minimum of a High School Diploma.
revious Night Audit experience is preferred.
bility to speak a second Language fluently will be considered an asset.
xcellent proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications;Refined verbal and written communication skills;Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends, holidays, overnight shiftsExcellent time management and organizational skills;Excellent problem solving skills.
