The system needs to handle multiple locations for each site and incorporate a barcode scanning tool for tracking inventory movement within each country, between sheds and facilities.
Key components of the project include.
- Development of a robust, efficient, and user-friendly desktop software compatible with Windows.
- Implementation of an in-memory database for real-time inventory data storage and retrieval.
- Integration of a barcode scanning tool to facilitate tracking of inventory movement.
- Consideration for future scalability, as my operation continues to grow and expand.
Ideal skills and experience.
- Proven expertise in desktop software development, particularly for Windows.
- Extensive experience with in-memory database systems.
- Familiarity with barcode scanning technology and its integration into software systems.
- Previous work on inventory management systems highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on time.
