This bot will manage text and voice interactions, compile summarized and anonymized consultation reports, and dispatch these to doctors after payment via Stripe.
Compliance with GDPR is non-negotiable.
The bot must also incorporate secure email communication through SMTP.

Your ability to deliver a deployable product on a secure server will be crucial.
The chatbot should allow for basic customization of conversation paths, which is sufficient for standard user interactions.
