The project should include the best utilization of the space and slope of the ground, to have a small composite decking area for 4 long chairs (sunbeds), but also having red rock back wall with a seating area against the slope with built in bench, and an external jacuzzi, It's key to use the slope and layout of the space to minimize groundwork and how much deck should be used to lower costs.
The space needs to be perfect for instagram photos, so key to incorporate lighting, and stands out.
The space is in Sedona, Arizona, so key to use red rocks, composite deck to make sure it blends into the surrounding.
Key project requirements.
- Initial 2D AutoCAD design followed by 3D rendering superimposed on photos of the existing space.
- A modern design aesthetic but in a more traditional location with old stone house, so blending modern with red rock tone and wood.
- Utilization of composite decking for the deck (or alternative if cheaper) - Beautiful lighting - Consider adding a very selfie/instragram space with a hanging bench, unique and great for photos - Only estimated dimensions will be provided at first - see hand drawn design shared by the spa company.

Ideal candidates should.
- Have extensive experience in outdoor design, garden design and landscaping, with design of outside decks, seating areas, pool layout, outdoor spa or jacuzzi, etc and strong AutoCAD experience - Be able to produce high-quality 3D renderings.
- Experience in creating building drawings, showing connection of water to spa, electrical, drainage system for water and rain, load bearing wall - Understand and can implement a modern design style set in a rustic setting.
So using red rock stone and the shape of the land to make the space blend into the garden but look very chic and modern and luxurious, while minimizing build costs.
- Be open to suggestions and able to work collaboratively.
