This database should be easy for my Training department to use and should incorporate various features.
- Add new trainee details including first & last name, position, years of experience, company name, and course name - Auto-fill the company address when a company name is selected - A drop-down menu for course names - A checkbox for whether the course is completed - A box for comments - A box for training plan The database should also have the capability to export records based on course, company, or trainee name.
Given the nature of the project, ideal candidates should have.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Access - Previous experience creating similar databases - Understanding of training and HR processes - Ability to set up an appropriate access management system with admin and user roles.
