We are looking for a skilled Marketing/Sales Analyst who will support our team in exploring leads behavior in sales funnels, automate their processes, and assess the approaches of sales leaders to close deals.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience with CRM and BI systems, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Tableau, as well as be comfortable with SQL, Python (specifically, PySpark).
Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable translating business requirements into analytics tasks, helping marketing, growth, and sales teams to formulate, assess, and prioritize their hypothesis.
Technically this job will include performing cohort analysis, working with external APIs, and exploring logs of activities.
* Formulate hypotheses of how to achieve growth in the US market by optimizing sales processes with a focus on later funnel stages conversion rates, and cost of sales.
* Set up data steams between CRM and new tools, such as AI assistants.
* Provide Sales Leaders with tools to assess and improve their operations.
* Interact with stakeholders, users, related departments, and teams.
Manage your work in Slack Notion & Jira.
2 What you will do Requirements 3 * 2+ years experience in the role of marketing/growth/web analyst.
* Demonstrated knowledge of sales context and edtech B2C funnel.
connection between marketing and sales, capacity planning, deal stages, customer touchpoints, nurturing.
* Experience with cohort analysis, operations management and call tracking.
* Ability to effectively present growth metric experiment results and provide clear recommendations for action.
* Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams encompassing marketing, growth, sales, communications, low-code automations, and development.
* Familiarity with Python (PySpark), SQL, Tableau (or any other BI system).
Experience with AWS, GitLab, AirFlow, as well as Hubspot or SalesForce is a plus.
Experience with at least one CRM system is a must.
* Upper-Intermediate level or higher proficiency in English.
* Full-time, remote position with a minimum contract duration of one year, serving as a temporary replacement.
* Competitive compensation range pending experience and skills.
* Level of freedom to determine the vision of projects and resources to achieve it.

* Get hands-on experience in an ed-tech environment (learning tools and the ins and outs of online education for adults).
