This role will assist the Design & Construction and Select Service Operations Teams on Data analysis and production.
The successful candidate will Collaborate with Design & Construction and Select Service Operations team members to capture relevant data points, tracking missing data and ensuring responsible persons are held accountable to enter that data.
This role will own the data production of both the Design & Construction and Select Service Operations teams.

Produce and Analyze data from New Construction and Conversion Pipeline of Wyndham to identify opportunities to help support business decisions that drive increased new and conversion construction starts, owner engagement and new hotel growth.
Develop analytical data that support various franchisee engagement initiatives for both Design & Construction and Select Service Operations teams.
Provide project implementation support related to various Design & Construction, Select Service Operations and La Quinta, Hawthorn and ECHO Brand Leadership initiatives.
Partner with the Corporate Finance team and other Finance teams, to review public produced information to ensure its consistency and timely submittal.
Assist in the execution of the Select Service Property Awards and other brand initiatives that drive owner engagement and recognition internally, as well as externally.

Proficiency in Smartsheet.
Proficiency in Adobe suite products (e.
.
building, editing, and adding formulas to PDFs).
