- Licenciatura em Direito - Experiência comprovada em suporte técnico, preferencialmente em ambiente jurídico.
- Conhecimento sólido de sistemas operativos Windows e software de produtividade, como Microsoft Office.
- Excelentes competências de comunicação e capacidade para explicar procedimentos técnicos de forma clara e compreensível.
- Capacidade para resolver problemas de forma eficaz, identificando rapidamente as causas e implementando soluções.
- Forte ética de trabalho e capacidade para trabalhar sob pressão em ambientes dinâmicos.
As suas futuras funções.
- Prestar suporte técnico por telefone, e-mail ou sistema de tickets para resolver problemas informáticos e técnicos dos advogados e equipa jurídica.
- Diagnosticar e resolver problemas de hardware, software, redes e sistemas informáticos, incluindo impressoras, servidores e dispositivos móveis.
- Instalar, configurar e atualizar software jurídico e outras aplicações necessárias para o funcionamento eficiente dos advogados.
- Orientar os utilizadores sobre procedimentos e melhores práticas para maximizar a eficiência e segurança dos sistemas informáticos.
- Colaborar com a equipa de TI para identificar e implementar soluções tecnológicas que melhorem os processos e operações jurídicas.
- Documentar e registar todas as interações e resoluções de problemas no sistema de gestão de incidentes.
