Descrição Providing effective legal and commercial advice and assistance, in particular regarding Tech, Data and Digital matters Draft and negotiate contracts Assist the function supported regarding the assessment and management of legal and commercial risk and in light of different risk profiles Help to ensure that business is conducted in accordance with relevant law and the group's internal governance processes Provide preliminary advice on disputes Advise on regulatory compliance Support a range of standard and bespoke contracts and queries with relatively low to medium levels of revenues, complexity and impact Perfil ideal Educated to degree level or equivalent Qualified lawyer in EU jurisdiction with international commercial legal experience (between 5-8 years' relevant qualified experience) Good technical knowledge and experience of the law (including contract / commercial law and regulatory issues e.
