Learning Experience Designer (m/f) - Lisbon - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related domains; - 3 or more years of experience designing, developing, and leading training initiatives; - Experience in instructional design and design tools used in a learning creation environment (MS tools, especially MS PowerPoint); - Able to demonstrate the ability to create cutting-edge and high-quality Digital Learning experiences; - Experience with producing content for eLearning modules and videos; - Comfortable and flexible to work in a complex and agile environment, being a part of a multidisciplinary team; - Creative, attentive to detail, critical thinking, and well-reasoned logic; - “Team player”, willing to learn and teach; - Good level of English.
