We are looking for a Lean Change Agent (m\/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon) to join our team.
- Encourage leadership on all levels of a maintenance team; - Facilitate evolutionary change especially in the area of knowledge sharing as well as identification and implementation of measures to improve efficiency and flow; - Facilitate the team to control their service delivery by the definition, implementation, and documentation of policies; - Prepare, execute, moderate meetings and workshops.
- You have supported several teams successfully implementing Lean\/Kanban; - Knowledge and experience working in Scrum is a Plus; - Deep experience in mediating conflicts; - Good moderation\/facilitation skills; - Empathetic; - Ability to transform ideas into actions; - Fluent in English.
