Facilitate the adoption of Lean Management and Agile approaches for the relevant IT teams (project, support,...) of the DOTI/IN teams.
1- Provide Lean ‘priority 1) and Agile training to teams using the internal trainings 2- Put in place performance management, collaborating with the Service Line management teams in France 3- Train & conduct problem solving as needed to continuously progress.
- customer focus (user experience, feedbacks, …), - improving teams ‘way of working - meeting commitments, - improving lead time, - maximizing value creation, 4- Contribute to the « Infra as a service » transformation program (Product/Services Approach,) 5- Coach (in the Lean sense) managers (individuals or management teams).
IMPACT OBJECTIVES - progress made by coached teams on delivery and operational performance - autonomy gained by the coached teams to steer their performance and progress plans - satisfaction of the trained and coached teams (NPS score).
