O que procuramos.
- 2 a 7 anos de experiência em Service Desk/Suporte técnico - L1; - Inglês fluente (B2/C1) e fluência numa segunda língua, sendo ela.
Francês, Espanhol, Checo, Alemão ou Italiano; - Fornecer suporte por meio de chamadas, e-mails e tickets; - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e atendimento ao cliente para dar suporte a clientes globais; - Experiência com Active Directory avançado, O365, instalação de software, impressoras e outros aplicativos padrão; - Familiaridade com conceitos de rede, como TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN e Wi-Fi; - Forte orientação para atendimento ao cliente com foco na satisfação do utilizador; - Capacidade de gerir o tempo de forma eficaz e priorizar tarefas com base na urgência.
