YOUR ROLE * Perform patch management for Windows Server (Virtual & Physical), Linux Server, and ESXI environments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess patching requirements, prioritize tasks, and schedule maintenance windows.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to patch management and cybersecurity.
* Maintain a strong understanding of security antivirus solutions and implement best practices for protecting systems via patch management skills.
* Utilize VMWare administration skills to ensure seamless integration and patching of virtualized environments.
* Demonstrate proficiency in ITIL V4 methodologies to streamline patching processes and improve service delivery.
* Maintaining security compliance as per the KPIs defined * Attending to DMs regularly YOUR PROFILE * Experience 1-2 years in IT industry * Proficiency in Windows Server administration (R etc.) * Basic knowledge of troubleshooting * Basic knowledge ITIL process and ticketing system * Basic knowledge on Patch Management and Antivirus solutions Nice to Have.
