Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents; Ensure the performance of daily health checks of the applications, scripts, and infrastructure by support team; Handle late night and weekend emergency support on as required; Process issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification; Improving and documenting the technical processes around application support; Installing, configuring, and administering application servers.
Requirements.
Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar; Until 3 years of experience working in application support roles; Knowledge in the following technologies.
Java, Angular and databases (i.
.
Cassandra and Oracle) Availability to travel to other locations when required; Availability to work in shifts; Good level of English (at least C1).
Nice to have.
Knowledge or Experience in containerization (Kubernetes), Cloud (Azure, AWS, others) and automation (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
