You’ll work for a renowned Swiss telecom company providing cutting-edge mobile and high-speed internet services.
As an Inbound Telesales Representative, you’ll play a key role in closing sales for various subscriptions and products while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty.
Skills & Qualifications Confident in presenting products/services over the phone.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Dynamic, proactive, and resilient personality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ability to learn about products/services and explain them effectively.
Daily Activities Handle inbound customer calls.
Offer tailored solutions and close sales.
Answer queries about subscriptions and services.
Identify and address customer needs and preferences.
